Sales Tax/Farm Equipment; defines "agricultural production"; revises application of partial exemption for self-propelled, power-drawn, or power-driven farm equipment used exclusively on farm or in forest in specified activities & includes rental or lease of such equipment in such exemption; reduces rate of tax on such equipment; amends provision re promulgation of tax brackets by DOR, to conform. Amends 212.02,.08,12.
