Public Records/Visitation Centers; provides exemption from public records requirements for certain information held by Clearinghouse on Supervised Visitation & supervised visitation centers which facilitate safe contact between nonresidential parents & their children; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Creates 753.06.
