SB 1880: Campaign Treasurer's Reports

GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla

Campaign Treasurer's Reports; requires said reports that are to be filed with Elections Division to be filed electronically when aggregate contributions or expenditures exceed specified amount; provides filing requirements, penalties & rulemaking authority; removes requirement for duplicate copies of reports; revises reporting periods & requirements; provides for petty cash fund based on revised reporting periods, etc. Amends Ch. 106, 105.08.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
