GENERAL BILL by Finance & Taxation ; Bilirakis ; Murman
Excise Tax on Documents; prohibits deliberate use of excess documentary stamps; provides criminal penalties; deletes requirement that notation placed on document under said section be signed. Creates 201.205; amends 201.132.
