JOINT RESOLUTION by General Government Appropriations ; Pruitt

Trust Funds/Creation/Emergency; constitutional amendment to authorize Governor & Cabinet, during lawfully declared emergency, to create trust funds for that purpose, which shall terminate July 1 after next regular legislative session following their creation; limits constitutional termination of trust funds to their initial 4 years, & authorizes Legislature by law to recreate them at time of their scheduled termination & periodically review them. Amends s. 19, Art. III.
