Lake Co./Oklawaha Basin; changes name of Oklawaha Basin Recreation & Water Conservation & Control Authority, Lake Co., to Lake Co. Water Authority; increases number of members of board of trustees; requires that members be elected in nonpartisan elections conducted by county supervisor of elections in accordance with Fla. Election Code; conforms property assessment procedures to general law; authorizes Authority to issue revenue bonds, etc.
Effective Date: 06/14/2000 except as otherwise provided
