GENERAL BILL by Grant
Florida Hospital Lien Act; creates said act; provides lien on judgments & settlements recovered from tortfeasor causing patient's injury for hospitals for reasonable charges owed for services provided to injured person; provides limitations; provides for determination by court of amount of recovery when patient & hospital cannot agree on actual amount; provides for reduction of lien by any payments to hospital by or on behalf of patient, etc.
