GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Klein
Rural Development; creates Fla. Rural Heritage Act; provides for designation of Rural Heritage Area & for communitybased planning process; provides for economic incentives, reports, & technical assistance; creates Rural Heritage Grant Program to assist local governments in adopting Rural Heritage Areas, to be administered by DCA; provides for development of natureandheritagebased tourism business microloan program, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
