Public Records/Money Transmitters; provides that information concerning investigations or examinations conducted by Banking & Finance Dept. are confidential & exempt from disclosure under public records law; revises certain limitations on disclosure of consumer complaints & other information concerning investigation or examination; provides for disclosure of records or information to certain parties approved by dept. to conduct examinations, etc. Amends 560.129.
