Florida Environmental Justice Act; creates "Florida Environmental Justice Act of 2000"; requires Center for Environmental Equity & Justice at FAMU, in consultation with Executive Office of Governor, DEP, Health Dept., DCA, DOT, AHCA, Agric. & Consumer Services Dept., water management districts, local governments, affected communities, & industry, to develop state interagency environmental justice strategy; provides for submittal to Governor, etc. Creates 760.855. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
