Trauma Services; revises minimum components for local & regional trauma services system plans; provides for statewide inclusive trauma system; revises requirements re trauma transport protocols; revises requirements re trauma scoring system & rules re thereto; provides procedures prior to interfacility trauma transfer to ensure patient care & safety, etc. Creates 395.4001; amends Ch. 395, 322.0602, 440.13.
