Florida State Boxing Commission; adds requirements governing facilities, safety, participants, representatives, other personnel & their responsibilities, & weighing of participants; prescribes licensure requirements & provides for suspension or revocation of licenses under specified circumstances; increases insurance requirements; revises provisions prohibiting toughman or badman competition & increases penalties re violations of such prohibition, etc. Amends Ch. 548.
