Lealman Special Fire Control Dist.; (Pinellas Co.) creates & establishes independent special district in said county to be known as Lealman Special Fire Control District; creates charter; provides for boundaries; provides for election of district board of commissioners; provides for levy of ad valorem taxes, non-ad valorem assessments, user charges, & impact fees; provides for referenda; provides for annexation of territory by municipalities, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
