CS/SB 2048: Evidence/Hearsay Exception
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Klein
Evidence/Hearsay Exception; modifies conditions under which statements of elderly persons or mentally disabled persons, as defined, may be admitted into evidence as hearsay exception; provides that discussion or activity that is not meeting under specified provision, shall not waive attorney-client privilege; provides that such privilege does not constitute exemption to specified provisions. Amends 90.502,.803.
