GENERAL BILL by Education Appropriations ; Alexander ; Posey ; Greenstein ; Lacasa ; Diaz de la Portilla ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cantens

Equity in School-Level Funding Act; creates said act; requires school districts to allocate to each school within district specified minimum percentage of funds generated by school based on Fla. Education Finance program; provides for graduated increases in such percentage; provides for carryforward of unused funds allocated to schools; provides that funds for supplemental academic instruction are excluded from school-level allocation, etc. Creates 236.08103.
