CS/HB 2085: Drug Trafficking

GENERAL BILL by Crime & Punishment ; Bilirakis ; Cantens ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kelly ; Lynn ; Waters ; Detert ; Harrington ; Crist

Drug Trafficking; deletes Dronabinol from substances listed under Schedule II & adds to Schedule III controlled substances; adds 1,4-Butanediol to Schedule II controlled substances; provides enhanced penalties for sale, manufacture, or possession of methamphetamine; provides enhanced penalties for possessing methamphetamine within specified distance of school, park, or public housing facility, etc. Amends & reenacts sections of FS.
