GENERAL BILL by Forman

Condominiums; removes certain limitations on liability of first mortgage or its successor or assignees who acquire title to unit by foreclosure or by deed in lieu of foreclosure for unpaid assessments due prior to mortgagee's acquisition of title. Amends 718.116.
