GENERAL BILL by Insurance ; Ogles
Premium Security Deposits; authorizes insurers to accept & hold premium security deposits for certain purposes; provides definition; authorizes insurer to pay interest on such deposits; specifies conditions under which such deposits are considered premium; includes such deposits within definition of covered claim for certain purposes. Creates 627.4045.
