Motor Fuel Marketing Practices Act; provides for application to certain civil actions; revises enforcement provisions; transfers from Legal Affairs Dept. to Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept. responsibilities as lead agency to enforce said act; revises disposition of funds collected in civil actions; specifies certain required reporting by Standards Div. of Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept., etc. Amends 526.303,.311,.312,.313,.3135.
