GENERAL BILL by Waters

Vehicles/Soundmaking Devices; provides that unlawful operation of soundmaking device in vehicle is moving violation rather than nonmoving violation; provides for points to be assessed against driver's license of person who unlawfully operates soundmaking device in vehicle; requires HSMV to impound vehicle of certain persons cited for unlawfully operating soundmaking device in vehicle. Amends 316.3045.
