Student & School Performance Grades; requires specific criteria to be used in analysis of student performance; prohibits use of certain student's FCAT scores in determination of school performance grades; requires DOE to study effects of poverty on student achievement & to report to Legislature; prohibits use of FCAT scores of impoverished students in determining school performance grades, except in specified circumstances. Amends 229.57.
