Stock & Mutual Insurance Companies; authorizes mutual insurance holding company to merge membership interests of certain mutual insurance companies into said company under certain circumstances; authorizes DOI to retain certain consultants for merger evaluation purposes; provides for merger of said company; requires plan & agreement of merger; authorizes sales of shares of mutual insurance holding company for certain purposes, etc. Amends 628.231,.715,.723,.729,.730.
