GENERAL BILL by Jones
Traffic Stop Statistics; provides definition of term "racial profiling"; prohibits law enforcement agencies from engaging in such profiling; requires law enforcement agencies to adopt written policies prohibiting racial profiling; requires recording & retention of certain information re traffic stops & arrests; requires said agencies to provide Attorney General with certain information re such stops & arrests; authorizes penalties, etc.
