Nursing Home Regulation; defines term "controlling person" for purposes of regulating nursing homes; requires additional information on applications for licensure as nursing home; provides for denial, suspension, or revocation of nursing home license based on disclosure of certain information; requires nursing home licensees to disclose certain information about management companies within specified timeframe; conforms crossreference. Amends 400.021,.071,.121,.141, 397.405.
