Victims of Self-Inflicted Crimes; creates Task Force on Victims of Self-Inflicted Crimes within Executive Office of Governor; provides for membership of task force; requires task force to review problems of victims of said crimes & propose solutions to remediate behavior; requires task force to hold specified number of public meetings; provides requirements for written report by task force; authorizes task force to employ executive director, etc. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
