Interstate Compact on Adoption; establishes Interstate Compact on Adoptions & Medical Assistance; provides authority for CFS Dept. to enter into interstate agreements with other participating states for medical & other necessary services for special needs children; establishes procedures for interstate delivery of adoption assistance & related services & benefits; prohibits expansion of Florida's financial commitment, etc. Creates 409.406,.407.
