Statewide Prevention Coordination; creates Office of Statewide Prevention Coordination; requires state agencies that receive state appropriations to fund juvenile prevention services to target focus areas, to specify minimum performance measures relative to focus area, & to collect minimum outcome data relative to performance measures; requires said office to submit report, present findings, & make recommendations to Legislature, etc.
