GENERAL BILL by Jones

Credit & Mortgage Guaranty Insurance; specifies minimum surplus for mortgage guaranty insurers; authorizes individuals & entities holding credit life or disability insurance license to sell credit insurance; modifies requirements for licensure; requires certain disclosures to be made within specified time upon sale of credit life insurance; allows borrower specified time from date of such disclosures to rescind coverage, etc. Amends 624.408, 626.321, 627.679, 635.042.
