JOINT RESOLUTION by Logan
Tobacco Settlement Endowment TF; constitutional amendment to establish under State Constitution, said trust fund; requires 70 percent of net funds recovered from tobacco manufacturers by state to be deposited in fund; prohibits expenditure of fund corpus, except as required by federal law; permits use of income from fund for provision of health-related services, child development & other similar vital services, as determined by Legislature. Amends s. 19, Art. VII.
