GENERAL BILL by Corrections ; Trovillion
Correction Work Programs; revises provisions re leased or managed work programs to conform to current operations & applications; conforms internal cross references; deletes obsolete language; clarifies definition; changes reporting date; deletes certain obsolete work program lease requirements; deletes requirement that DOC remit certain funds to corporation established for correctional work program purposes, etc. Amends Ch. 946, 957.04.
