Historic Preservation/Dept. of State; authorizes Dept. of State to adopt rules to administer laws conferring duties upon it; provides additional powers of Historic Pensacola Preservation Board of Trustees; provides additional duties of Division of Historical Resources re protecting & administering historical resources; authorizes division to issue certain permits; authorizes dept. to adopt procedures for reporting unmarked human burial & determining jurisdiction of burial, etc. Amends FS.
