CS/SB 232: Prison Industries Trust Fund
TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Silver
Prison Industries Trust Fund; creates said trust fund; provides for administration of trust fund; provides for sources of moneys in trust fund & purposes for which they may be used; exempts trust fund from certain provision; provides for carryover of balance from one fiscal year to next; provides that certain funds are to be deposited into trust fund rather than Correctional Work Program Trust Fund, etc. Creates 946.522; amends 946.512.
