HB 2323: Viatical Settlements
GENERAL BILL by Gay
Viatical Settlements; prescribes information to be included in application for viatical settlement provider license; modifies prerequisites for licensure; provides for approval & disapproval by Insurance Dept. of viatical settlement purchase agreement forms & other forms necessary to effectuate viatical settlement transaction; requires approval by dept. of organizational documents of any trust to be used by viatical settlement provider, etc. Amends Ch. 626.
