Property Taxes/Pollutioncontrol; defines term "facility" for purposes of ad valorem tax assessments of pollutioncontrol devices; provides for improvements used to control pollution & certain facilities used in connection with poultryraising operation or dairy operation to be assessed at value no greater than facility's market value as salvage. Amends 193.621.
