Mental Health Services/Children; revises provisions governing medical, psychiatric, & psychological examination & treatment of children; prescribes procedures for admission of children or adolescents to residential treatment centers for children & adolescents or to hospital, for residential mental health treatment; prohibits children & adolescents from admission to state mental health treatment facilities, etc. Amends FS.
