Task Force Committee/Motor Vehicles; creates within HSMV the Task Force Committee on Motor Vehicle Industry to study motor vehicle sales industry & problems associated with licensing requirements, foreign dealers, sale of vehicles by unlicensed dealers, & various ways vehicles are sold in today's market; provides for per diem & travel expenses; provides for report.
