Infrastructure; creates Digital Media Education Infrastructure Fund within Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office in Executive Office of Governor for purpose of upgrading quality of media labs; provides requirements for contracting & use of funds; provides for sources of moneys & purposes; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of fund. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000.
