Medicaid Prescribed-Drug Services; provides for Medicaid preferred-drug designation program & cost-containment initiatives; prescribes criteria for designation of preferred drugs; creates pharmacy & therapeutics committee for program & prescribes its membership & duties; provides for reimbursement of members for travel & expenses; requires reports. Amends 409.912.
