SB 2398: Forensic Laboratories
GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
Forensic Laboratories; requires Board of Regents & State Board of Community Colleges to establish loan forgiveness program for eligible students who commit to work in approved state or federal forensic laboratory after graduation; requires that Board of Regents & State Board of Community Colleges consult with FDLE in establishing criteria for participation by students & educational institutions in loan forgiveness program.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
