Marine Resources/Illegal Acts; provides penalties for illegal buying & selling of marine products; authorizes Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission to accept credit cards for specified charges; provides penalties for theft from blue crab trap & crawfish trap; waives trap retrieval fees if Governor declares disaster emergency area; provides that artificial reef program is created within said commission, etc. Amends Ch. 370. APPROPRIATION: $481,457.
