GENERAL BILL by Environmental Protection ; Dockery ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Constantine ; Brown ; Edwards ; Smith ; Henriquez ; Sobel ; Rayson

Land Acquisition; provides for changes to bond debt service; provides for refunding & sale of Florida Forever bonds; provides for permitting of certain habitable structures; clarifies provisions governing deposit of funds received from sale of surplus lands; exempts Juvenile Justice & CFS departments from requirement for land-management-plan review; provides for acquisition of certain land by eminent domain by SFWMD, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $2,500,000.
