LES Dept. Reorganization; authorizes exemption for LES Dept. from standard internal structure of departments; provides exemption from Career Service System & provides for inclusion within Sr. Mgmt. Service; provides that Workforce Development Board provide policy direction re workforce services; provides for reassignment of employees of LES Dept. to One-Stop Career Centers; permits release of confidential information to agents of public employees, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
