Community Improvement Authority Act; creates said act; provides legislative findings & intent; defines terms; provides for creation of community improvement authorities in eligible counties; provides for management of authorities & powers of authority; authorizes use of bonds to fund projects; provides for tax exemption on bonds; provides for limitations on damages, for awarding contracts for construction of projects, & for dissolution of authority, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
