Confidentiality/CFS Dept. Personnel; provides for exemption of certain information re personnel, & families of personnel, of CFS Dept. who provide services to abused, neglected, abandoned, or exploited children, disabled adults, & elderly persons; provides for future review & repeal; provides legislative finding of necessity; provides for release of certain records by court in cases involving death of child, disabled adult, or elderly person. Amends 119.07.
