GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Regulated Industries ; King
Athlete Agents; provides additional prohibited act as grounds for disciplinary action; requires suspension or revocation of license for certain violations; prohibits provision of illegal inducements to athletes; provides penalties; provides for award of treble damages to colleges or universities that prevail in civil actions re illegal acts by athlete agents. Amends 468.456,.4562; creates 468.45615.
