Staterelated Travel/DMS; requires DMS to establish central database to maintain record of all staterelated travel; provides appropriation for development, maintenance, & improvements to database; requires Comptroller to establish object codes that uniquely identify expenses re air travel, car rental, & motel or hotel accommodations; authorizes DMS to negotiate & contract with air carrier for service; requires local matching funds. APPROPRIATION: $490,000.
