SB 2496: Health Care Coverage

GENERAL BILL by Forman

Health Care Coverage; prescribes requirements for determining whether health insurance policy provides benefits that are reasonable in relation to premium rates; authorizes DOI to disapprove forms, rate manuals, or rate schedules because of certain rates or rate increases; provides requirements for determining whether health maintenance contract provides benefits that are reasonable in relation to premium rates, etc. Amends Ch. 627, 641.31,.315.
