GENERAL BILL by Diaz-Balart
Motor Vehicle Dealers/License; prohibits granting of replacement application during pendency of certain actions alleging unfair cancellation of dealer franchise agreement; provides additional grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of license; provides for maintenance & disclosure of certain records; revises provisions re unfair cancellation of franchise agreements; provides procedural standards during such action, etc. Amends Ch. 320.
