SB 2526: Adoption

GENERAL BILL by Silver

Adoption; provides that prospective adoptive parents become legal custodians of child pending finalization of adoption; provides for removal of child from unsuitable home; prescribes certain obligations that must be met by father of prospective adoptee in order to preserve his right of consent in adoption; prohibits birth parents from contracting with, or accepting benefits from, more than one agency or intermediary, etc. Amends FS.
