Moving Companies; provides for state regulation of intrastate moving companies; requires moving companies operating solely within state to obtain permits; requires certain information & decals to be placed on moving vehicles; requires permittees to maintain insurance; requires disclosure of certain information to prospective shipper; limits charges that may be imposed for moves; requires records to be kept & provides for access to such records; provides applicability, etc.
